so, when i was 10 years old, i went to lovisa to get my ears pierced for Christmas. the workers were friendly, they all seemed nice, but the piercing was horrific. they pierced my left ear, crooked. poor 10 year old me, not knowing a piercing is crooked and having multiple problems with it.

Piercing was done on an angle so the backing was visible and the ear became so infected the eating had to be removed. When requesting a refund from Luvisa for the piercing costs we were only offered a re-piercing. Furthermore, within 48 hours the offer of re-piercing was retracted by LOVISA.
